1. Scope & Application Details

This Privacy Policy explicitly governs the mobile application Ledgely (Package Name: com.Ledgely.app, also referenced as Expense Manager), published on the Google Play Store by k-Tech Innovation. We believe that your personal financial records belong strictly to you and should never be accessible to third parties, advertisers, or cloud servers.

2. Zero Remote Data Collection

Ledgely does not transmit your records to any remote server or third-party service. You do not need to register an account, log in with an email address, or provide banking credentials to access any feature of the application.

• No Cloud Servers: We operate zero external databases or cloud sync services for this app.
• No Account Creation: No sign-in, authentication, or personal profile creation is required.
• No Financial Aggregation: The app never connects to banks, credit bureaus, or financial institutions.

3. Information Handled Exclusively On Your Local Device

All data entered into the app remains strictly on your local physical device:

• Transactions: Amounts, dates, custom categories, transaction types (expense/income), and payment notes.
• Budgets & Limits: Monthly category-wise spending limits and budget threshold preferences.
• Subscriptions & Bills: Service names, recurring frequencies, due dates, and billing amounts.
• Investment Portfolio: Asset names (stocks, mutual funds, gold, crypto, real estate), invested values, and current manual valuations.
• App Preferences: Selected currency symbol/code (USD, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY, etc.) and visual theme mode (System Default, Light, Dark).

4. Device Permissions & Purpose

POST_NOTIFICATIONS	Used exclusively on Android 13+ to deliver scheduled local device reminders for bill renewals and monthly budget thresholds. No remote push notifications or marketing alerts are ever used.
USE_BIOMETRIC / USE_FINGERPRINT	Facilitates biometric PIN/Fingerprint unlocking via the Android BiometricPrompt hardware enclave. Raw biometric information is handled strictly by the OS and is never accessed or stored by the app.
STORAGE ACCESS	Used exclusively when you explicitly export transactions to CSV/JSON files or import a local backup file that you manually select.

5. Advertising, Analytics & Tracking Declarations

We declare that Ledgely contains:

• NO Advertisements: Zero banner ads, zero interstitial ads, zero video rewards, and no ad network SDKs.
• NO Analytics SDKs: Zero tracking frameworks, third-party analytics libraries, or advertising identifiers (no Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or Facebook SDK).
• NO Data Monetization: We never harvest, aggregate, sell, or license your financial records or usage habits to data brokers.

6. Data Control, Retention & Deletion Rights

You maintain full ownership and control of your data at all times:

• In-App Deletion: You can edit or permanently delete individual transactions, categories, budgets, and subscriptions directly within the app.
• Data Export: You can export your full transaction records to CSV format at any time from Settings > Data Management.
• Complete Erasure: Clearing the application's storage in your device settings (Settings > Apps > Ledgely > Storage > Clear Storage/Data) or uninstalling the app permanently erases all local database records from your device immediately.

7. Children's Privacy

Ledgely does not collect personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). The application complies fully with COPPA, GDPR, and Google Play Families Policy guidelines.

8. Google Play Policy Compliance

Ledgely complies fully with Google Play Developer Program Policies, specifically the User Data Policy and Financial Services policy. We declare that Ledgely does not collect, handle, or transmit Personal and Sensitive User Data to external endpoints.
